There’s nothing quite like waking up on a sunny morning after an evening clinking glasses, playing games, and chatting with members of our fantastic community. Thanks to everyone who showed up to make our first Thirsty Thursday happy hour a success.
We like to experiment and mix things up at GeekWire and thankfully you guys do too! More than 200 geeks wanted to try something new with us at this sold-out event.
Thirsty Thursday was born out of our desire to create an inclusive lineup of events that appeal to all different crowds — at all different price points.
Guests snapped goofy photos in our photo booth, did some nostalgic Mario Kart laps on our N64 (the only kind of drinking and driving we condone), played giant games, and (of course) enjoyed beer and spirits at Pike Brewing.
