Make the GeekWire Gala your holiday party! Bring old friends, colleagues, significant or insignificant others, and kick off the holiday season in style on Wednesday, December 6.
In addition to a festive party with dancing, cocktails and karaoke, we’ll also recognize the region’s “Uncommon Thinkers,” groundbreaking innovators who are changing the way we work, live and play. A big thanks to Greater Seattle Partners for their support of the new awards program.
In terms of dress code, you have the rare license to don cocktail attire in Seattle — or wear whatever you want for that matter. Tuxedos? Sure. Geeky T-shirts? Yep. Even better, break out your fiercest winter fashions, competing for individual and team prizes.
The Gala — taking place at the historic Showbox Market (1426 1st Ave.) near Pike Place Market — is a 21+ event. Thanks to First Tech Federal Credit Union, the title sponsor of this year’s Gala!

Food & Drink

Yes and yes. From coffee to beer to signature cocktails. The appetizers will be heavy, but it’s not dinner. Just a night of tasty apps, a little dancing, and awesome conversation.

Do I need to bring my printed tickets for the Gala?

Nope, just show up at the Showbox Market and our registration staff will take care of you.

Does my ticket include a plus one?

No, each individual must have purchased a pass to enter the Gala.

Are tickets still available?
